Criteria for joining the DLF
Works at a verified company
A practicing product/ux design leader at a registered and active company
Proven experience
Minimum 3 years of product/ux design leadership experience
Active collaboration with others
Either an IC or Manager
Senior level position
Has a title of Lead, Senior, Manager, Director, VP, Chief, or Principal in product/ux design
